One of the most important drive-ins and landmarks burned down Sep 3, 2010. It was the Admiral Twin Drive-In in Tulsa, OK. It was featured in S.E. Hinton's book The Outsiders, and was also a filming location for the Francis Ford Coppola movie of the same name. The screens were made of wood, thus uninsurable—donations were made to rebuild. Nirvan Mullick is creating history and relief for women! With the collaboration of thousands of producers, he is putting together a short film for The Global Fund for Women. And, at the end of the one second film, filled with 12 paintings, there will be a 90 minute documentary simultaneously listing all of the producers. Get involved, and tell them I told you it was for the better.
